RFE response due Friday · LINDQVIST, Sofia · H-1B
Yes, in either of two ways. In valid H-1B status, she may leave and return on a valid H-1B visa to resume work for Halden Labs, as long as she remains eligible for H status. Otherwise she needs advance parole before she leaves; departing without it abandons the application. On this matter, Jisoo holds H-1B status with Halden Labs, and her I-131 is pending.
